Last day in a hurry

we have to return the car before 4pm and we decided to drive up to the mountain area to see some new residential development.

It's not like united states or hong kong, there is a MLS listing for every properties be posted in the open. Some sellers only give the properties to certain brokers, some brokers only want to sell for a few new developments, we were very limited to what the brokers show us, it may not reflect the total truth of what could be available and suitable for us on the market.

So on the last day, we decided just to drive to see different area and housing project without an agent. The result was pleasantly surprise, we went to 4 different developments and they are all different. Some got ocean and mountain view but smaller lot size, some got bigger lot size but in the mountain of no-where, even we were promised there would be a 4 lane road build to connect the development to civilization, but who knows how long that is going to take.

We have to check out at 7pm, we must try those giant shrimps tonight, we calculated our budget and exchange the proper amount of thai baht because we do not want to carry the overseas currency back home. We headed to the night market and eat there for the first time with Victor. Boy the shrimp is big, I put a lime next to it so it shows how big that monster actually is, longer than my hand.

The king pawn was char-grilled to perfection, as usual I took care of the head which Victor doesn't eat. Salted & pepper calamari, stir-fried vegetable, pineapple fried rice, steamed scallop with garlic butter were also ordered, Vic has been complaining that I order too much food, too many dishes on the table. He does not understand Thai and Chinese eat in similar manner, just that Thai serve a much smaller portion, we suppose to order a few dishes on the table and share everything. Not like western cuisine you order your entree and I order mine then we work on our own plate, that's not the thai way in dining.

Make sure we are fully charged to prepare for our 40 hours+ trip back to Florida.

P.S. the supermarket is pretty clean and hygiene, outside of the supermarket ---- I am not too sure.
